These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BabelTalkie. Please read them carefully before using the service.
BabelTalkie is an AI-based voice interpretation and translation web application, accessible at app.babeltalkie.com and provided by Dolidas MB, based in Lithuania. These Terms govern the relationship between Dolidas MB and the user who uses the service.
By registering an account or using the service, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service. If the user does not intend to accept them, they must refrain from using the service.
To access the service, the user must create an account by providing truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for safeguarding and keeping their access credentials confidential, as well as for any activity carried out through their account. In the event of unauthorized use or a security breach, the user must notify us promptly.
The service works on a credit basis, purchasable starting from €5, with no expiry. The applicable prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase. No mandatory subscription is required. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by law. For users acting as consumers, the right of withdrawal provided by applicable consumer protection law remains unaffected; however, please note that if the user requests the immediate performance of the digital service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
The user agrees to use the service in compliance with the law and these Terms. In particular, it is prohibited to: carry out unlawful or fraudulent use; transmit or distribute illegal, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties; abuse the service or compromise its proper functioning; carry out reverse engineering, decompilation or attempts at unauthorized access to the platform.
BabelTalkie provides automatic translation based on artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality of service, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of translations, which may contain errors or inaccuracies. The service is not recommended as the sole source in critical contexts — for example medical, legal or safety-related — without adequate verification by a human professional.
The service, the software, the trademarks, logos and other distinctive elements of BabelTalkie are owned by Dolidas MB or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. The user retains all rights to the content they provide; using the service does not entail any assignment of such rights to Dolidas MB, except to the extent strictly necessary to provide the service itself.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue, in whole or in part, the service, including for maintenance needs or technical reasons, without this entailing any liability towards the user, within the limits permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dolidas MB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including any damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in the translations. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user's account, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of these Terms, unlawful or abusive use of the service, or where this is required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. For users acting as consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have exclusive jurisdiction. In all other cases, the competent courts in Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction.
